段純貞竹北店的空間蠻大的，排隊的人潮多，空間裝潢是中國風，店內有兩層樓，我們來的時候2樓好像沒有開放。
排隊候位採系統化的取票系統，依照用餐人數會叫號入場，叫到號碼後，由人員帶入就坐。
點餐採掃條碼線上點餐，點餐完畢後到櫃台結帳付款。 |

紅燒牛肉麵有3塊牛肉，牛肉都蠻大塊、蠻厚的，肉質很細嫩，一咬就掉，很好咬，肉塊有少許的筋，不會咬不爛，增添口感，整體吃起來是很舒服的。 |
